Bridging Loan Jersey

Bridging Loan Jersey

The Borrower was introduced to Sancus by Colliers (Jersey).

The client wanted to repay all outstanding debt to include existing bank mortgages, private lending and expensive credit card debt pending moving to a longer term finance agreement. They were eventually looking to downsize from their current residence which would repay all debt and release equity for wealth management and pension purposes and in the process needed a short term bridge to achieve the first part of their plan.

The Colliers team have had a strong working relationship with the Sancus (Jersey) team since the company was formed, referring a number of loan opportunities and completing on several loans.

Colliers have 15 offices across the UK and offer a full range of commercial and residential real-estate services to occupiers, developers, owners and investors.

“We have known and worked with the Jersey Sancus team since inception, enjoying an excellent working relationship with them, matching our clients’ needs with their range of flexible, bespoke, highly tailored facilities. Their speed of service sets them apart from the majority of funders. They are always reliable, open and easy to deal with and we know that they will treat every client with discretion and professionalism, whilst keeping us updated at each stage, we have no hesitation in recommending Sancus to our clients.” Ben Thomasson, Director Colliers International (Jersey).
