Development Loan Gibraltar

The Introducer was an ex-banker who owned several businesses in Gibraltar.

The joint Borrowers had been known to the local team for over 15 years had already undertaken various successful development projects, funded by Sancus.

The loan was to be used to finance the development of a residential property into 5 luxury apartments in Gibraltar.

The loan would be repaid from the the sale proceeds of the development, with the sale of only a few units being enough to meet full repayment.
