CO-FUNDERS

A selection of asset backed funding opportunities.

Sancus Co-Funders include private clients, high net worth individuals (HNWIs), institutions, trusts and family offices.

Co-Funders may participate in a range of asset backed funding opportunities over a variety of risk/return profiles and term lengths across multiple jurisdictions through their own customised platform.

All loans are secured with tangible assets, property being the preferred security, Sancus also insists on personal guarantees from the Borrower where appropriate. Each loan must be unanimously approved by the Sancus credit committee, which has members from across the Group.

The minimum allocation from a Co-Funder is £100,000 and a Co-Funder can typically expect returns in excess of 6% pa.

Sancus has a three tier funding structure, including Co-Funders, a credit facility of £75m with Honeycomb Investment Trust and Sancus’ own proprietary capital.

Sancus is not regulated to provide investment advice and private lending is not risk free. We strongly recommend Co-Funders to take independent legal and financial advice before participating in funding opportunities and familiarise themselves with our Key Co-Funder information.
