Bridging Loan

A bridging loan secured on a large rural estate in the Irish midlands. The owner was looking to release funds pending the sale of the property to allow for the purchase and refurbishment of another property.

The Introducer, Conor Devine of Clearpath Finance already had a long standing relationship with Michael Mooney (MD, Sancus (Ireland)) to whom he had referred other property financing opportunities.
