Sancus provided a £1.2m development loan to E. Want Developments Ltd to allow them to develop a high end property in Hale Barns, near Manchester.

E. Want, run by business partners Toby Gladstone and Jason Connors, were introduced to Sancus by their advisor, Chris Jones of Select Business Finance.
