Development Loan

Sancus provided a £1.2m development loan to E. Want Developments Ltd to allow them to develop a high end property in Hale Barns, near Manchester.

E. Want, run by business partners Toby Gladstone and Jason Connors, were introduced to Sancus by their advisor, Chris Jones of Select Business Finance.

“From first introduction Sancus took the time to understand our business and what we needed from a funding partner. We were able to discuss a number of projects with the Sancus team and really got to know them through those discussions. This project is a signature development for us and we knew we needed a funder that would sit on the same side of the table as us as we build it out, Sancus were the obvious choice. The closing process went very smoothly and Sancus have been very easy to deal with during the construction. We view them as a partner rather than a lender and an important part of our growth plans over the next few years.”

Toby Gladstone, E. Want Developments.

“Sancus are my go-to lender for development finance, they are very easy to deal with, the team are all very experienced and they are completely transparent in all they do. I was confident they would take the time to understand this proposal and would also be a good partner for E. Want Developments.”
