The Introducer was established in 2004 to transact in unregulated specialist lending, focussing on BTL (Buy-To-Let), HMO (House in multiple occupancy) and bridging finance.
The Borrower had already developed a similar property and would be using the same contractor for the new development.
They had initially planned to undertake a light refurbishment of the property but having subsequently obtained planning permission decided to convert the bungalow to a 4-bedroom house.
The Borrower’s original lender advised that they were not able to fund the change in the project, so their introducer suggested funding from Sancus.
