Sancus appoints Alasdair Carlyle as Group Property Director

Sancus has appointed Alasdair Carlyle as Group Property Director. 

The appointment follows significant expansion over the last year with some key, high-profile hires in the UK, including Mel Fourie (Head of Sales, North) and Jaxon Stevens (Head of Sales, South) and their teams. 

Alasdair is a chartered surveyor with over 30 years’ experience within property development, construction and consultancy across the UK and internationally.  

He has experience in all sectors of the built environment, with specialism in the commercial and contractual aspects of development management including appraisals, cashflows, funding, investment and exit strategies.
